Project challenge
LittleBIG Connection needed a platform to manage freelance profiles. The objective was to design a custom platform to facilitate the administration of the different profiles but also to allow the matching between freelancers and companies previously registered.
The main challenge was to allow a smooth and efficient management of the candidates’ skills and to find the best strategy to suggest the appropriate candidates to contact first.
Our solution
The platform we have created has been thought as a SAAS platform. It allows to control and maximize the “first success rate” and to favor a quick positioning between freelancers and companies. Managers can also monitor the status of candidates and report abandoned profiles to update them.
The platform allows to create communities and to foster interactions. It works with Matchally, an algorithm that reveals the best profiles matching a call for tender.
